How do I know if I’m ready for this work?

You will be familiar and comfortable with my style if you have spent any time in Corporate America…the stewardship in leading with humanity and acumen.

This is the cone of silence zone where there is no bullshit. Instead, expect meetings to be direct, truthful, and imbued with the energy of your very best interests at heart to look at problems and solutions from a new, higher perspective.

Expect to take action that I will hold you accountable for…there will be no kicking the can down the road.

And, most importantly, don’t be surprised to laugh out loud because I love the combination of laughter with serious matters.

…within the full context of how business capabilities can mature as you scale.

Expect to get a different, broader perspective that translates to on-the-ground action.

This translates concepts into something actionable.

During each calls, clarity, relief, inspiration and a sensibility about what is happening, why…and most importantly, what to do next outlined in an action plan.
